  1. Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Triffle

  3. Ingredients:

  5. 1-pound cake 
  6. 1-pkg cream cheese, softened 
  7. 1/4 cup powdered sugar 
  8. 1-tsp. almond extract 
  9. 12 oz. whipped topping 
  10. 2-3 cups raspberries 
  11. 1-cup mini chocolate chips 
  12. Directions:

  14. Cut pound cake into 1-inch cubes. Beat cream cheese, sugar and extract until smooth. Beat in whipped topping. Put half cake cubes in bowl, top with 1/2 cream cheese mixture, 1/2 raspberries and 1/2 chocolate chips. Repeat. Cover and chill at least 4-hours.
